I am not disputing any of that; however, as of 1/6, these things did not take place as of yet. Timing is of importance.

there were issues with ballot processing that lead to longer wait times...of about 30 minutes. people were still able to vote, the issue was with scanning them.
At the end of November, Maricopa county election officials (lead by a republican) released a report about the ballot scanning problem, as well as a sampling audit of the votes that showed no issue or discrepancy
So...no. on Jan 6 there was no outstanding issue with Maricopa county. the vote to not certify was due to not liking the results...that's it.
I can’t understand how some fail to grasp that reality. Or that attempts to alter certified election results are felony offenses. Interestingly, swing states targeted, including AZ and GA are controlled by republicans. Republicans certified the results. Apparently Trump seemed to believe those state representatives would be easier to persuade to commit election fraud. I do t think he expected that cohort to uphold the constitution or election integrity. But facts is facts and 92 felony charges over four jurisdictions beg to differ.

I was talking about the normal audits that occur (here) that shows nothing and Arizona AG - a republican - stating no evidence of voter fraud (here). Both of these happened well before Jan 6. this is why the trump campaign dropped their lawsuit by mid November 2020
I know it's confusing because of the many many failed efforts to throw something against the wall and hope it sticks, but there was no specific issue still to be investigated on Jan 6 other than the fact that Trump didn't have more votes than biden
