Most parents recognize ADHD in their children at an early age. They usually think/hope they will get over it or learn how to effectively deal and do not seek any treatment. Most kids with ADHD can get through HS by putting in many extra hours. (Have you ever had to re-read a chapter in a book 5 times because you lost concentration on paragraph two?) Public HS isn't very demanding at all, however, college is where it is no longer possible to just put in the extra time. The work load gets to the point that there aren't enough hours in the day, or if enough there are no hours left over for things like wrestling.
Oh, and stop playing victim. Every post on the subject you make has undertones that AB is indeed cheating and PSU is cheating. I can't wait until you state you did no such thing and in fact you are talking generically about the subject, all the while insinuating AB cheats and PSU Cheats. I’m interested in your physical, documented proof of the statement above, a clear accusation of cheating by athletes you “know” do this “all the time.” If in possession of such proof and leery of an NCAA coverup, why not deliver it to media that’s always ravenous for true scandal. If not in possession of such evidence, how do you “know” it?

I have to disagree with Willie on the Bo to Iowa situation especially after he said he has not been told that by the family. No way Bo can't be considering Iowa after seeing Spencer and also the Young Guns connection with Strittmatter. Plus Iowa has the funds to offer him a good NIL.

i buy whole fresh wings and chop them (the drum from the flat and get rid of the tip)
i bake them in the oven at 350 for like 35 minutes.
put them in the fridge.
pull out like 6 or 8 and let them get to room temperature. toss in a mixing bowl w/ a little vegetable oil.
Air fry for 7 minutes.
in a small sauce pan add butter, honey, and Frank's hot sauce. when it's all melted/combined hit it w/ just a touch of corn starch and whisk till it's a little thickened.
use like half the sauce and toss the wings. put the wings back in the air fryer for 5 minutes.
use the rest of the sauce and toss them again.
- idk if this is how the pros do it or if i'm making it more or less complicated on myself but the process of trial and error led me here and they come out great.

Season them and then cook them in the air fryer. Then add the sauce.
I prefer smoking them at low heat first, then saucing, then cranking the heat on the smoker up and putting them back on for another 15 minutes or so. Oversauced wings with rubbery skin are the worst IMO.
