133: Paul Glynn I'm not holding my breath for a miracle. 0 points
141: Turk or Happel May win a match, probably not. 0 points
149: Brandon Sorenson Finalist to 4th
157: Mike Kemerer If Nolf is out, Champ to 4th, otherwise 2nd to 4th
165: Alex Marinelli Finalist to 6th. Looks great so far.
174: Gunther or Young Qualifier to Rd of 12
184: Mitch Bowman Rd of 12. Love how he wrestles.
184: PDIII Finalist to 4th
197: $ Wilcke 6th to Rd of 12. I think people are giving him too much credit.
HWT: Sam Stoll 3rd to 7th. Can beat anyone not named Snyder or Coon

If the weight class changes are made in the off season, Wilcke to 84 and Bowman to 74, this team will do some really good things next year.

I agree with those assessments.

The only one I could argue would be PD3. If he does make the lineup (which is looking unlikely), he has a lower floor than 4th. I think he could win it, but its hard for me to say he couldn't do worse than 4th.

I should probably have said 3rd at the worst for Downey. I realize that freestyle and folk are different but I truly believe Nickal and Martin are the only 2 that can beat him. He worked a couple of the 3rd through 8th guys in freestyle.

This is exactly what I was thinking. The range is wider. Otherwise it looks fair. I would argue that Bowman is a little optimistic too but the guy has been performing better than I have expected.

I would love to see Gross graduate transfer back to where he belongs. I can't believe all the things that have happened to leave the cupboard bare at 133 and 141. Hopefully Murin can fix that at 141 next year. He is every bit as good or better than Renteria so I see no reason why it won't happen.

Pretty sure Gross is a senior, so that would be impossible, not hypothetical.

Something to ponder. Lugo is only 5'5". I have no idea what his BMI is but if he could make 141 he could do amazing. To me he looks thick but I have no idea if he could make 141. If we want back on top guys are going to have to sacrifice a little.

Murin looks good to me. Lugo came here to wrestle 149; that's fine.
