Retherford by fall, only question is if he makes Deakin cry before it's over.
Deakin has been impressive. I’ll be more impressed if he is able to not get teched or pinned against Rethorford.
Unfortunately for him, we mat wrestle in folk style.
I think Deakin lasts 7 minutes. Likely a major though. Deakin is going to be tough this year.
Yeah, keeping it close with Retherford in neutral isn't the issue. A freshman not getting manhandled on bottom is very unlikely. Do you guys forget what he did to Sorenson at NCAA's? That happened to a guy that is really good on bottom. Unless you can stand up right off the whistle to take advantage of the new rule, very few will be able to, you are going to get brutalized.
Hoping we get to see Lugo vs Deakin in folkstyle this year at Midlands, they could possibly be the 2 and 3 seeds with Sorensen being the 1.

Guys don’t close the gap on Zain. The people that didn’t buy that he was sick in Carver likely lost some of their pay in March.

Really cause Deakin looked pretty good and stronger than Zain. I actually like Zain as a wrestler and will root for him if he rep the US but these stupid troll f** st fans need to stay on there board with the garbage they spew.

See, this is where you fail. You show an incessant need to categorize based on limited data, then assign all attributes to everybody in the category. Put some effort into it. You know, like wrestlers do.

And Collica closed the gap-good game plan-if Mike Hagerty had called stalling by the book there would have been no RT, or Zain would have given up two or three stalling points to get it.
