Ryan Grubb, Iowa’s own

People can hate on Kirk but He has produced great results for 24 Years , best outcome is Kirk stays but brings in a modern OC and gives that OC some rope and complete say in depth chart choices , People clamoring for Him to retire better hope Phil Parker and LeVar stay as well because a rebuild starting the same Year as the PAC turd Teams join Conference would be a significant hole to climb out of .

lol. No. Why are you on our board nit wit? To sit here and tell us his awesome you are? Nobody gives a **** about your turd ass program on thus board. Get ****ing lost.
I live in Cedar Rapids. My wife went to Iowa and my son goes there. I listen to and watch a lot of Iowa football and pay plenty of money to U of I both through tuition and taxes. This was about Iowa vs. Washington, but since you are trying to downplay PSU I have to defend them.

The only way Grubb would come is if it's written in his contract he's Head Coach in training to take over in 2-3 seasons. It would be a stupid move otherwise.

No. You took an opportunity to over inflate your piece of shit programs self worth. Get ****ing lost nit wit.

Wait until after the BiG ten championship game.

Washington head coach Kalen DeBoer & Oregon head coach Dan Lanning are listed as 2 possible replacements at Texas A&M.

If DeBoer moves on, Ryan Grubb would be a logical replacement at Washington.

The coaching carousel will be interesting.

Not saying A @ M won’t reach out (they should) but currently both Washington and Oregon are better jobs. Oregon is a top 10 job in the country in my opinion. Don’t know if the Washington guy has any Texas connection but they have such unrealistic expectations at A & M. They’re a middle of the road SEC program with OK and Texas coming in.

The more I think about a new OC the more I think it will be underwhelming to most fans. Not to say it will be a bad hire… just not a splash hire… but I swear if it’s Bud… idk, idk what I’m gonna do lol. Watch begrudgingly, I guess? Lol

A&M has a lot of money to throw around (and waste, when you look at Jimbo being let go). Jimbo recruited very well; the players got paid very well via NIL. IF they get the right coaches at A&M, they should be able to win there.

It will be interesting to see which coaches stay put and who ends up where

I doubt Phil lets Lanning leave.

That is one heck of a risk paying an OC that kind of money. I'd be for it, but I can't see Beth doing it.
Do we really know what Beth is looking for? Honestly it's a little early in the process isn't it, especially since she isn't officially the AD but I think that's just a formality. I also don't think a coordinator leaves one school where he's killing it ( and they're also joining the same conference) to jump to another team, even if has so called Iowa roots.

One thing I know that she's not looking for is 3 million for an OC. If DeBoer leaves Washington for A&M, and I'm not sure that's even a possibility, Grubb will absolutely get PAID there.

I don't see that move happening. I could definitely see him replacing DeBoer, but DeBoer would be a fool to leave Washington, a top shelf program resurging and entering the B10, for the cult of TAMU.

And guys, Goetz isn't hiring Iowa's new OC, Kirk is.
I would put money on Urban to A&M, that is a match made in heaven. Also on a side note, Kirk may be making the hire, but Beth signs the checks, so she certainly has a say in it.
