Never thought I’d say this the way Parris throttled Cass a couple years ago but he seemed to wrestle him better this year than he has Kerk.

Lee 1
Teske 22
Woods 1/2
Murin 6 (very interested to see what they do with Gomez. Would love to him him as Murin's potential 1/4 matchup)
Cobe 18
Kennedy 6
Brands 12
Abe 22
Warner 11
Cass 4

Lee 1
Teske probably low 20’s
Woods better be 1 or I might lose my sh$t
Murin 5 maybe eveven 4
Seibrecht somewhere around 12-15
PK 6(best case scenario for him as well)
Brands somewhere around 10
Assad probably same as Siebrecht 12-15
Warner 12ish really does not matter about 10 guys that can win this weight
Cass 3
A little worried about Warner and Assad really worried about Teske and Siebrecht but no worries what so ever about the rest of the guys. 2 Champs out of Spencer and Woods then Murin 4th or 5th, PK probably 5th as high as 3rd, Nelson showed me a lot on the back and honesty like his chances. Assad got goofy on the back side for just a second and it cost him but I still feel he will still be a AA. Warner is JWar drives us nuts but he will find his way onto the podium. Cass gets 3rd enough to hold off Nebraska and Mizzou but not enough to catch psu.

What I said before this weekend that I thought Kerk could beat Cass but not Parris but I also thought Cass could beat Parris. After this weekend I don’t see anybody beating Parris

Lee, woods, murin, Kennedy (maybe) and Cass will be seeded to aa. Lee and woods should be 1. Murin 6ish. Kennedy low side as 165 is deep. Cass may be 4.

Why is PK at 6 the best scenario? Hamiti is the 3 seed. PK will be the 4 or 5 seed anyways.

Why is PK at 6 the best scenario? Hamiti is the 3 seed. PK will be the 4 or 5 seed anyways.
Carr, O’Toole, and Hamiti will for sure be ahead of Patrick. Julian Ramirez (Cornell) has 3 losses (Carr, Hamiti, and Payton Hall) but just beat Monday for EIWA title. Monday has 2 losses, both to Ramirez and a win over Hamiti. My guess is Kennedy will be the 5 or 6 seed.

Shane Griffith will slot into the top 3 or 4 presumably. Edit- just read he lost this weekend on another thread so disregard.

Brutal weight nonetheless.

Maybe another heavy in another conference moves up. Cass would be better further down. Kirk has just got his number right now - would rather see him wrestle parris.

I think PK passes Monday via RPI and quality wins. Not sure how he stacks up in the seeding matrix with Ramirez. I think they are the 4-5 in some order with Monday the 6.

Patrick being on the 4-5 line should increase his chances of making the semis, however he would then get Cart. If he’s on the 6 line facing Hamiti or O’Toole in the quarterfinals would be a tall order. Weird upsets happen and I’d rather not see PK having to wrestle a formidable opponent in the blood round.

The top three seeds will be a tall task at 165 for sure. I would rather PK be on the 4/5 line and face Carr in the semis than the 6/7 and hit Hamiti or O'Toole in the quarters any day. Making the semis at 165 will be a tall task for anybody.

When I posted this I did not know Griffith lost again. Griffith would have gotten the 3 had he not lost and PK with the 6 that would have been his best potential win in the quarterfinals

Nomad saying Hendrickson will be ahead of Cass and Kerk in the seeding formula. I'm not saying he isn't good but they gave him the benefit of the doubt last year with no big wins and he didn't hold up, even losing to Orndorff.

I in no way see Assad as an AA. 100% hope I’m wrong tho. He was losing to #25 seeds this weekend.

Actually I believe based on the seeding criteria, Hendrickson should be ahead of Kerk. Kerk would be ahead in Coaches Rank and RPI for 25 points. Hendrickson ahead in Win % and Conference Placement for 20. Then Quality wins is worth 20, Hendrickson should at least get the 15/5 advantage. So Hendrickson 35 seeding points to Kerk's 30.
