The last match took alot out of both Meyer and Brooks. Quick turnaround both looked slow and let opponent dictate flow of match, Meyer exceeds his seed and Brooks falls short of his.

Only time will tell. They have 2 freshman dominating at 2 garbage weight classes (157/174). Those 2 are nothing compared to Ruth and Taylor. They might be putting up points like those 2 but look at the competition they are doing it against. It's all relative. We'll see what happens in the next few years with guys moving around weight classes and new players entering the game.

I thought I was watching a track meet w the way McIntosh was running or at least a piece of crap Apple Computer. The refs don't have the courage to hit the stall call.

Iowa just doesn't have the lineup recipe to keep up with PSU and I'm not sure I see them in the future having it either. Just to many holes and to many guys walking fine lines during the tournament. Anytime you have three guys make the finals you would think we would have a shot but just way to many holes and then to many guys that end up finishing 8th - 6th instead of top 4.

I think okie state will end up in second. We need both Meyer and Brooks to win plus Burak to get third. Dieringer is a sure bet and Heil is favored, we are not favored in any finals matches.
