I thought the episode of Big Bang Theory last night where Sheldon and Amy have intimate relations was well written. There was some nice wordplay. You'll understand my title to the thread if you saw the episode. I liked the weaving of the story lines with seeing Star Wars.
Didn't like Will Wheaton. Never have. He keeps ripping on Jar Jar, even though he was the Jar Jar of Star Trek TNG.

Bob Newhart's cameos are the best thing about that show any more.

Caveat: I did not see last night's episode, so the following opinion is about the show in general and not specific to the aforementioned episode.

My personal opinion is that's the crux of the running joke (Jar Jar Binks). I can see where it could get old to some viewers though. I do get a kick out of Will Wheaton's role on the show, but have to admit I haven't enjoyed the show nearly as much as I did during the first few seasons. It's still one of the few sitcoms I'll watch, though. Now that I think about it, it's the only sitcom I'll watch now and only if nothing else is on TV.
