He clearly was a RINO in the truest sense. He may not have been a Dem, but he definitely hates Trump and Republicans... Kind of like many leftist "independents" on this board actually...

His online searches look like he didn’t didn’t have a political motive, pretty much seems like he was looking to become famous:
