Iowa played some of the worst defense I've seen them play under Fran and they still won by 14 on the road.

Yup. It was an awful defensive performance.
And it was a good thing it happened against such a terrible team that has no semblance of defense themselves.
They are going to have games that they aren't on. It's good this was one of them that they could afford to get away with it.

Agree... horrific D and no one was moving their feet. Gessell had his worst game of the year on both ends. He let Sanders drive right 25 times not forcing him once to go left. Mike looked totally uninterested which is unusual for him.

Super glad we won and a win is a win but I hope this is not a sign of mental and/or physical fatigue setting in. We have expended a lot of evergy to get off to a good start.

I was just calling out these moronic posters who were calling for a massive blow out. I figured we would get their best shot after the 50 point debacle to Purdue and we did.
