I'm fully aware. Just saying tolerance may be in shorter supply these days.....Not a case of had a couple beers here.

Wouldn't it be worse to have to pay for it, numbnuts? You're saying you do it for free?
Honestly not a bad route. No need to perform a circus routine. Let the blood/breath test do the talking.Refusing tests when stopped. All not good.
Refusing to submit to testing carries it's own penalties in some states. Not sure about Iowa.Honestly not a bad route. No need to perform a circus routine. Let the blood/breath test do the talking.

Good question on that last point. I don't know the answer, but seems like that would be a way for the insurer to get out of paying. With a new Iowa President and AD, it will be interesting to see what Kaleb's penalty ends up being
Outside of playing time & being in KF's doghouse, this is gonna be costly. His 2023 SUV might be totaled, legal fees, insurance rates go way up, etc.
Btw, does an insurance company cover things like they normally would when the driver is intoxicated?
Yeah, well I bet Kirk loves that factoid.Honestly not a bad route. No need to perform a circus routine. Let the blood/breath test do the talking.
Hey, you brought it up, so I was just assuming you were speaking from experience..........Wouldn't it be worse to have to pay for it, numbnuts?
Well yes, I see it "going down" every time I visit the FB board.Hey, you brought it up, so I was just assuming you were speaking from experience..........
Field sobriety testing is voluntary in Iowa. Only thing it can do is get you in trouble.Refusing to submit to testing carries it's own penalties in some states. Not sure about Iowa.
Nah, it's an actual fact. Doesn't mean I'm advocating for a drunk person to get away with a DUI but there's no need to agree to a field sobriety test that will only hurt your case.Yeah, well I bet Kirk loves that factoid.
Again, bet Kirk would expect full cooperation with the officer.Field sobriety testing is voluntary in Iowa. Only thing it can do is get you in trouble.
Refusing a voluntary test is full cooperation.Again, bet Kirk would expect full cooperation with the officer.
No it ain't. Bet he never sees the field again here.Refusing a voluntary test is full cooperation.
Sure it is. Cooperation doesn't mean bending to the will and whim of an officer. People have rights and you don't have to forfeit those to cooperate. Once again I'm not advocating for a drunk to get away with a crime, but you also shouldn't just agree to everything someone in a position of "authority" says. Personally I don't care either way if this impacts one game, 4, or a season. If Iowa can't replace 250 receiving yards then they have bigger issues. No it ain't. Bet he never sees the field again here.
All FST's are voluntary, in every state but you cannot refuse a breathalyzer or chemical test. Well, you can refuse a breathalyzer but it's an automatic DUI.Refusing to submit to testing carries it's own penalties in some states. Not sure about Iowa.
His vehicle was totaled and obviously wasted. At what point does one say, hey maybe if I stretch this out an hour I might pass some sobriety test? My guess is if he was that close to sobriety maybe his vehicle would not have been in pieces.Sure it is. Cooperation doesn't mean bending to the will and whim of an officer. Oh FFS.No it ain't. Bet he never sees the field again here.

Okay, Chicken Little. You bet the farm on it.Bet he done here.
That's the exact line of thinking of a drunk guy who just crashed. I never said he was close to sobriety, just that there's zero benefit to taking a FST.His vehicle was totaled and obviously wasted. At what point does one say, hey maybe if I stretch this out an hour I might pass some sobriety test? My guess is if he was that close to sobriety maybe his vehicle would not have been in pieces.
Not sure what a guy's place on the depth chart has to do with it. No matter, it's not going to be a factor for awhile. That's for sure.As WR1, he should know better.
You ever been to a ped mall bar brah? I'm thinking no.I wonder why the person serving him drink’s would let him get to that point knowing he’s a FB player?
I know someone who refused the breathalyzer in Kansas. At that time, it didn't mean automatic DUI but it did mean that you lost your license for a year for refusing the test. All FST's are voluntary, in every state but you cannot refuse a breathalyzer or chemical test. Well, you can refuse a breathalyzer but it's an automatic DUI.
Falling asleep in meetings.I know he is looked upon poorly by most, but Rob Howe mentioned there having been an issue with Kaleb last season, but he viewed it as minor. Wasn't sure what he was referring to. Any idea?
You visualize male on male oral pleasure when you see people discussing football on this forum?.................Well yes, I see it "going down" every time I visit the FB board.
Why don't the richey riches on here get him a new whip? Make it better than a 2023 Durango. With a new Iowa President and AD, it will be interesting to see what Kaleb's penalty ends up being

I'd say leadership and responsibility. When you're the leader of a shallow and underdeveloped unit that's critical to the team, you should know better than to do something like this. Sets a bad example, let's the team down, etc.Not sure what a guy's place on the depth chart has to do with it. No matter, it's not going to be a factor for awhile. That's for sure.
your firearms are useless against them!!!!!Did he not watch Tommy Boy?!?!??!!? You stop get out and start yelling "BEES ; BEES; Ouch!!!!................................
I think it’s only a one or two game suspension, but what do I know? 🤪I'd go 4 game suspension. If Kirk was Dantonio, he would say hey you can't play on the first play of game 1, but then good to go.
Well, haven’t we all done that? 😉Didn't we have a player a few years ago get busted because he climbed in the back of a cop car thinking it was his Uber ride?
If kirk were Frosty the douchebag, 1 play suspension. If Kirk was Dantonio, he would say hey you can't play on the first play of game 1, but then good to go.
