I actually disagree with this. After 9pm tonight you will have hundreds of people leaving golf leagues, softball leagues, bowling leagues where they just spent 2+ hours drinking. Now combine them with people leaving the 50+ bars in a metro area - that's a lot of drivers under the influence on the road. I'm not saying all these people are blasted drunk, I'm talking buzzed driving bordering on .08 limits.

Most vehicles leaving my home golf course on men's night are over .08.
