.....I think. I went to a bar with some people Saturday night and one of the girls I was with ran into a group of other girls that she went to high school with. They all started talking, and catching up and all that nonsense. We stayed, took some shots, and what not with them. One of the girls (no pic, but she was a fairly attractive blonde) asked me what I did for a living. So I told her, and proceeded to ask her what she does. She told me she's a, "photographer," but has been having a difficult time finding work. She then mentioned that she's also a, "Sugar-Baby," for a married man and that's how she gets the majority of her money to pay for rent, bills, food, etc. She was really open about it. I was kind of surprised, I figured that would be something you wouldn't want to tell people. I then asked her what being a sugar-baby included exactly. She then told me that this married man gets a hotel room about 2-4 times a month, she meets him there for the night and they hang out, bang out, and then he gives her money and she leaves. I was kind of drunk, so I just flat out told her that it sounds like she's a hooker. She got really pissed and went on a rant about how hookers are dirty, and she's far from that and would never get into prostitution.

I mean, c'mon now, she's taking money for sex, is that not prostitution? What's HROT think?

You shouldn't offend Suzy Favor Hamilton like that.

If you'd called her a 'sex worker', she may have been ok with that.

I tried bro, she doesn't have any form of social media, so it makes it difficult.

She's doesn't do any online/social media marketing either? It sounds like she's just a lazy hooker, willing to shag just enough to pay the rent.

I believe the correct term is "escort". Prostitutes usually have a drug problem of some kind.

This is actually fairly common. I saw an article online (Vanity Fare maybe?) talking about how a lot of younger women are doing this to make their money. If you have 4 men paying you $1000 a month, you can do ok without a real job.

True, the good ol "escort" term. I don't know. If she has sex for money, drug problem or not, she's a hooker IMO.

Oh I agree. But it's the same reason you don't call a stripper a stripper to her face. She's an "entertainer", "dancer", etc. while you're interacting with them

Well I'm not exactly interested in girls that get paid for sex, so I wasn't really trying to be a gentleman. With that said, I got laid that night and didn't need to pay for it. However, I didn't get laid, then get paid enough to cover my bills for the month. So maybe I do need to step my game up.

You know society is f'd up when banging a rich dude for a couple grand a month while making no demands is apparently frowned upon, but marrying him, taking half his money, and dictating every detail of his life forever is the "right" thing to do.

If you get Starz, go to On Demand and watch "The Girlfriend Experience".

Watch Elvis' granddaughter be a Sugar Baby

The following is an old story due to George Bernard Shaw. It seems more appropriate with Groucho Maex however.

GROUCHO (to woman seated next to him at an elegant dinner party): Would you sleep with me for ten million dollars?

WOMAN (giggles and responds): Oh, Groucho, of course I would.

GROUCHO; How about doing it for fifteen dollars?

WOMAN (indignant): Why, what do you think I am?

GROUCHO: That’s already been established. Now we’re just haggling about the price.

Just give us the link to her photography business...we'll do the rest and have some pics on here later tonight.
