Yes. That’s the thread of liberalism I’m talking about: embracing right wing economics but embracing farther and farther left social theory.
Expand on this. I have a feeling you don’t have any idea of what you’re talking about but maybe you mean something different here. What “farther and farther left social theory” does neo-liberalism “embrace?” Does its essence - slashing the social safety net to allow for the private sector to swoop in or supporting free trade such that middle class jobs are outsourced leaving us with a service economy where the poor get poorer - help or harm the people around whom these “far left social theories” focus?

I'm working with a company that is designing the new Portland Airport. They're not going to have Men/Women restrooms. All restrooms will be gender neutral. Which I'm fine with, but thought it was interesting.

Have you seen the legislation in Florida and other states that specifically states not allowing their constituents be made to feel uncomfortable? The only part I disagreed with was the transgenders on all TV series... while there are some, its not "all except "journey to the bottom of the sea"..."
