The biggest news is Jackson suspended for the Bowl Game. Another L looks more likely.
Usually violation of team policy either means something academic or failed drug test.
Bowl game is a tough time to test that out for the first time.
Check David's post, the second one probably accounts for 80% of college suspensions alone.
Least he's still traveling and practicing with the team. Sucks to not have him for the game but as long as he's back next year. Just still have bad flashbacks of the whole Coker mess after 11' season heading to the bowl game and whole unknown situation of that leading up to the game.

Hate to say it but with our troubles on O, this definitely doesn't help.
It also can mean about attendance at team meetings, workouts, and the like too. King was late to a meeting and was held out for a quarter of a game.
I think Ed was a redshirt freshman back then ... but he was a pretty regular starter in '02.
It's Boston College, for chrissake. If Iowa struggles in this game, they may never win another bowl game in our lifetime!
I believe Ed's freshman year was 1981
But I'm crediting that to a new qb, to some degree. My stance doesn't change.
