Well at least it's more of a legit source than Iowa burner account, etc, thanks for posting! As we have been suggesting, terms and deal being finalized plus who knows, maybe insurance policy, etc for staying in school...

I don't see the current NIL setup in that light. Plenty of them do contribute with workouts/sessions with players and represent the University any chance they get. Just my opinion on how dumb publicly buying players is.
Just think now Pryor was banished for a tatoo/jersey and Bush had his Heisman taken away for living in paid housing...incredible.i totally agree; i miss the good old days when all of this stuff would lead to the death penalty of a program
I have to believe that when you are talking about a NIL package in excess of a million, there are quite a few I's to dot and T's to cross. Probably performance bonus included as well as participation in post season games. All of which require pretty extensive legal review on both sides.
I would actually love it if this were the case in all of these agreements. It doesn't appear to be however given all of the players sitting out.I have to believe that when you are talking about a NIL package in excess of a million, there are quite a few I's to dot and T's to cross. Yep, that's my read as well although he could say 'committed' while all this is going on, to each their own, good theater for all of us I guess during a cold Jan in the Midwest!I have to believe that when you are talking about a NIL package in excess of a million, there are quite a few I's to dot and T's to cross. The NIL world is the wild west and those who are creative may become the leaders. You can offer a little more in the package if you get a few guarantees in return. Or at least some protection.I would actually love it if this were the case in all of these agreements. It doesn't appear to be however given all of the players sitting out.
Disagree. Pribula from Penn State inked a deal quickly with Mizzou. And countless other NIL beneficiaries. Dotting I's and crossing T's and "extensive review" sounds too much like Iowa and it's cautiously lethargic offense. In this day and age "You snooze, you lose"I have to believe that when you are talking about a NIL package in excess of a million, there are quite a few I's to dot and T's to cross. I think it moves us from 4-8 to 7-5 or 8-4So if we do get this QB
Is the expectation that he get us to the playoffs or at least in the conversation at the end of the year ?
cause seems like a lot of $$$ to spend to maybe go 8-4 again
