Perhaps SWARM can develop a new more modern symbol to replace the Tiger Hawk and thus receive a % of the proceeds from all merchandise that uses the new Iowa symbol. That money can be used to help fund the NIL. I would be willing to cast aside all my hats, shirts, coats, jackets, etc sporting the Tiger Hawk in favor of the new Official Iowa Hawkeye Symbol.

Possibly, but at least it was a suggestion. Any ideas, questions, and suggestions are better than just complaining about the problem. I’m sure SWARM has contemplated and brainstormed this, but you never know from where the next workable idea will come.

Well then take all the donations and start buying scratch offs, way better than complaining.

Now how about the former Hawkeye players who signed $50,000,000 pro contracts after being trained at Iowa to chip in as well?

Most schools are cashing in on their NFL/NBA success. Iowa has had as much recent success in the draft as any program in the country. Are the player only loyal hawks when they’re benefiting from Iowa?
Exactly right

As far as current and even past hawks who were paid very well in the NFL, maybe a lot of them give to more important causes and even have their own foundations. And how do we know they havent given to the SWARM or some Iowa NIL directly to players? Isnt this who process an opague black box and donor names hidden?

But, I would like to see wealthy former hawks give a commensurate donation to IOwa NIL and announce it publicly.
