Teske officially announced he’s gonna be a hawk. Congrats to him! May the best man win between him and schriever
Another good get for the Hawks!!!Teske officially announced he’s gonna be a hawk. Congrats to him! May the best man win between him and schriever
Would be my exact sentiments about Schriever, as well. Should be interesting.Teske will surprise many and beat some big names at 133, watch.
That was pretty cool. Welcome aboard, and good luck kid.
Welcome Brody.....Go do this now!!Teske transferring to University of Iowa
IOWA CITY – Brody Teske wants to set the record straight. The four-time Fort Dodge state wrestling champion’s decision to leave the University of Northern Iowa last month and officially commit to the University of Iowa on Sunday wasn’t because of a coach, a teammate or an opponent. This came...www.messengernews.net
I think he’s a great addition to the program. Why would you want a potential AA to go to Ames? If anyone doesn’t want to compete for the spot they should leave.he had a chance coming out of high school, chose pst. left there probably could gone to u of i then, chose uni. i hope schrive shoos him up to iowa state.
I don't think he cares. His job is to win national championships and recruiting over kids is part of the deal. Stacking talent is part of the deal. Now, with NIL I think you will see more and more of it and more transers.Poor Schriever. Wonder if Brands is aware that Hawk fans are against him bringing in kids to compete a/o recruiting over guys. 😀
I do like his determination and work ethic to accomplish his goals.Teske transferring to University of Iowa

ISU apparently had no interest in him.Imagine what Dresser must think...all these kids from Ft Dodge growing up an hour from Ames and ISU can't even get a sniff from any of them?
Teske could have likely been a guaranteed starter at 133 for ISU.
LOL
holy sheet that video gave me some goosebumps……what a journey….. there’s gonna be some fur flying in the room at the light weights
It's only cool if they're the two best guys. Teske made it plain he knows the risk involved in making the lineup ( he'll see it some even if he's just a backup IMO). My concern is him not being a full fledged 133 lber., those guys with fringe AA talent (and some better talents) get exposed eventually if undersized.Has 2 years left, presumably both at 133.
Be pretty cool next year to Ayala / Teske at the first two weights. Not counting out Schriver but he has never been the same since he was injured in high school (junior year I believe).
Probably right after BT told them "Stop calling me".ISU apparently had no interest in him.
Lol.
