What is the connection there? Why would someone think those two things are related? Surely there is evidence beyond just the fact that both occurred.

As for your question to me: LOL. No, I don't have any knowledge at all about why a certain company was included and another company was excluded from a stock index curated by S&P. I doubt you can appreciate this - as someone who is fully obsessed and devoted to Elon/Tesla - but most people, including myself have interests that are prioritized well ahead of which companies are selected or not selected by S&P for a given index.
Even if I was interested in this obscure matter, there is absolutely no reason to think that there would be any payoff for doing the research. You're already swallowed the idea that S&P is targeting you and your team for political reasons! (I have no idea what type of politics S&P has, would love it if you would explain that theory too).
