Krakow is a great visit, probably a better visit than Warsaw for tourism. The old town and castle, the Wieliczka Salt Mine, Auschwitz, and Jewish quarter and Schindler's factory.
I watched The Patriot not too long ago and now whenever I see French equipment being used in Ukraine I think of this:

I agree with you, I think that is what Putin is hoping for, but no way Ukraine agrees to it.
