Some follow up commentary I read said that number wasn't just troops, but estimated total Ukrainian deaths including civilians.

Putin finally realizing he is not only going to continually lose everything they’ve occupied since February, but also Crimea If he doesn’t get a cease fire soon. All of which likely culminating with an end to his reign in Russia.

Well, maybe hopeful? My guess is he may agree to be declared the victor, pay no reparations, and keep everything Russia currently holds. Then, in 2-3 years, he tries again.

Gaetz and Boebert also made a planned spectacle of themselves by refusing to pass through a security checkpoint. As members of Congress they do not have to, but can be fined for not following regulations.
