I also believe that vaunted Russian offensive isn't happening because of their supply issues.

1. I do not think Ukraine gets everything they want, but with some armor of their own, they will regain some territory, and I can eventually see a negotiated settlement where there are some autonomous zones, or something that allows Putin to save face.
2. This war has already galvanized Europe, and significantly weakened Russia. If one of Putin's goals was to make NATO weaker, and split the West, he's failed miserably. Eventually the Turks will allow Sweden and Finland in, and Russia is in a much, much weaker position than ever.
3. Russia is in a very bad spot economically, and long term Ukraine will get their territory back.
