Had they launched missiles at Kyiv while they knew Biden was there, we would likely have US planes in the sky raining hell on the Russians in eastern Ukraine at this moment, and the bridge between Crimea and Russia would be destroyed beyond repair.
This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

I wouldn't be surprised if they set off the air raid siren in Kiev while Biden and Zelensky were walking around to try to "encourage" people back to their homes and reduce population on the streets.

The 19 February report by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) states that the main phase of Russia's offensive is taking place in Luhansk Oblast, but the invaders lack the reserves to increase the scale or intensity of this offensive.

Take note of how Biden immediately asks Olena Zelensky how her children are? That's genuine concern and empathy from a leader on display.

I follow a a Russian expat on YouTube. He said to expect a speech from Putin soon. I think he predicted it would come last week. Expect to announce another mobilization of 500,000 (announced).

If you want to be really depressed about the politics of our nation and how a huge chunk of our nation is basically in step with Russian propoganda, scroll through the responses here. It is hard to tell the Russian trolls from the MAGAs. They are becoming one.
When you're waving Russian flags, it gives the appearance that you're argument isn't against the involvement of the U.S. in the Russia-Ukraine war, but that you're in support of Russia. So the leader of the Libertarian Party is supporting an authoritarian state?
