Yeah, it sounded to me like they were moving them to there. Which made me wonder if they feared a round about attack coming from the south or future problems with Georgia or even NATO.
The Russians must feel the pressure in Kherson oblast. I can’t believe they are allowing Ukraine to gain ground in the direction of Crimea.
