I imagine you can get Russians to compromise themselves in all sorts of ways if you design it as a show of patriotism and support for the war.

Yekaterinburg is actually one of the nicer, more modern, cleaner cities in Russia. Lots of oil money. Kind of like Siberia's Calgary.

We have all been a little skeptical at times of the Russian killed and wounded count, but it's increasingly apparent that their losses have been horrific, and for no gain.
I would comfort their widows. There is some wood in that picture.
Hopefully the Ukrainians are able to amplify off of efforts like this and bring the war home to the Russians. Probably not these wives, but get it out in the consciousness of Russians in the major cities, where it would have an impact.
I couldn't see a date on the video, or guess via the terrain if these are recent. Supposedly Russia could only deploy 50 of those choppers at the beginning of the war, and they've lost at least half of them.
Kinda reminds me of Hitler grasping at “super weapons” when they couldn’t fuel their tanks and trucks.Sounds like they continue to play the "scare the West card"-moving tactical nukes to Belarus and shooting off a missile in the Sea of Japan. Clearly Ukraine, USA, Israel, MI6 have resources in Russia. The quicker they can hatch attacks deep into Russia, the more quick this conflict ends.
