Although butt licking is what many people think Sullivan is doing to Putin-sacrificing Ukraine for fear of provoking Putin.
I still say after 2 years that if the numbers being reported are even half accurate Putin has squandered a generation of lives and his economy for nothing.
Russia’s demographics coming off of Covid and this war are stunning. Throw in the chronic alcoholism and 50 seems like a rich life for the average Russian male.

As Stoltenberg pointed out the other day, NATO is a cash cow for America's arms dealers. The Ukraine war was a godsend.
