That's an interesting angle that I've kind of had in the back of my mind since this started. It's not like the Russians have been considered tactical geniuses in WW1 and WW2, they just threw a **** ton of people at the problem and eventually overpowered via brute force, they had a lot of gaffe's in the process. Go back further and Ghengis Khan ****ed them up as well. But if I'm being fair, Mongolia jacked up basically everyone in that era.

I have empathy for some of the soldiers who had no choice. Imagine growing up in a country that decides who and what you will be. I welcome the day that Russia is a true democracy.
Just stop! I am a conservative but I think everyone is on the same team here. Putin = bad. We have different opinions on how to deal with him but both sides are on the right side.
Your heart is in the right place but we and 20+ other nations have chosen to go this route. We all here know we could end this quickly but there are nuclear weapons we have to consider.
We also sat on the sidelines when HITLER started his crusade. I am on board with NATO getting more involved but they may have more intelligence. It sucks!

The problem is that when this is over the oligarchs will want them back, and they’ll still have some money and lots of seedy friends. For all the talk of liquidating them and giving sssets to ukr, salvage value will be low.
