I agree. I'm just trying to add news articles to what is the best HROT thread in site history.Even with a victory, Russia won't have the manpower to invade Rhode Island after this war.

Lol exactly, I’m not even confident they have the ability to FIND Moldova at this point.Even with a victory, Russia won't have the manpower to invade Rhode Island after this war.
Sounds like a great sign. The logicians in Russia won’t figure out the why, though.Vladimir Putin declares all Russian military deaths state secrets
This happened in 2015, but is a key way Putin keeps people from knowing what is happening
Putin: (Points at map) I WANT IT!Lol exactly, I’m not even confident they have the ability to FIND Moldova at this point.
I wonder if the bedsprings will work better against the switchblades-those seem to dive down on top of the tank.
Not against the Switchblade 600. The 300 won’t be used against tanks, but artillery and softer vehicles.I wonder if the bedsprings will work better against the switchblades-those seem to dive down on top of the tank.
I've wondered if all those assets can/should be used as reparations. Seems logical to me.
Should have john deere tractors roll down the street.
I would definitely already be planning a victory parade in Kiev that featured tractors pulling burned out AFVs.Should have john deere tractors roll down the street.
Push them back all the way to Moscow?I think Ukraine can, and will continue to push Russian troops out of the country. The problem I see with them "winning" is that Russia doesn't need troops to fire missiles at Ukrainian cities and continue to simply kill as many Ukranians as they desire. What, aside from military intervention in Russia or continued sanctions stops that approach?
Ukraine then begins to have to deal with the same issues the Russians have. It's one thing to fight a defensive war from within your own country. It's completely another to take the attack to your enemy and start an offensive war against them. Ukraine doesn't have the military to go into Russia alone.Push them back all the way to Moscow?
Putin doesn't care.So Russia has chosen a war of attrition. Who can sustain more death and destruction? Russia is going to continue to suffer massive casualties if they choose this route. How many mother's are going to continue to be ok with this?
Talking about their dead loved ones is now a crime. So Russia has chosen a war of attrition. Who can sustain more death and destruction? Russia is going to continue to suffer massive casualties if they choose this route. How many mother's are going to continue to be ok with this?
Oh I know, I was being facetious. Mostly.Ukraine then begins to have to deal with the same issues the Russians have. It's one thing to fight a defensive war from within your own country. It's completely another to take the attack to your enemy and start an offensive war against them. Ukraine doesn't have the military to go into Russia alone.
I'm sure they can. I'm also sure they won't.Can NATO give Ukraine missiles that they can launch into Russia? Seems it might take something like that.
Because of the nuclear threat?I'm sure they can. I'm also sure they won't.
Russia is very close to using Scuds.Maybe there's still a bunch of Scuds lying around Iraq that Ukraine can pick up at a discount.
Yes, that seems like an escalation to me to put offensive weaponry into a non-NATO country.Because of the nuclear threat?
2003 Iraqi Republican Guard vs. 2022 Russian forces in Ukraine, who you got?Russia is very close to using Scuds.
At least the Republican Guard lost to professional soldiers. Russia is losing to farmers and volunteers.2003 Iraqi Republican Guard vs. 2022 Russian forces in Ukraine, who you got?
Tell me who your friends are, and I’ll tell you who you are.
Our army is all volunteers. At least the Republican Guard lost to professional soldiers. Russia is losing to farmers and volunteers.
At the limit of their range and maybe Russia's anti missile defense too strong, but it looks like Ukraine has missiles with the range to barely reach Moscow if launched from border. Can NATO give Ukraine missiles that they can launch into Russia? Seems it might take something like that.
I do not believe that is a tenable position to hold. The numbers are against the state police if popular mood shifts. Putin does not care, that is a fact. What do the unemployed, hungry people think? The younger generation won't accept this for long, and even the older, less savvy members of the population will not blindly accept losses for long.Talking about their dead loved ones is now a crime.
