This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

Belarusians have shown their mettle. They’ve managed to keep their own country out of the war and many have supported the Ukrainian effort. Once they dump their turd dictator, they should be welcomed to the EU.
I am so confused by Belarus. They are fighting for Ukraine but they are a staging area for Russian troops and equipment.

No wonder Putin and Russia are where they are with this whole thing. Putin, the master strategist. lol, what a dumbass.

Belarus: You can use our country to move troops & equipment into Ukraine to fight war. But once you get there, we try and kill you in support of the Ukrainians.

Am I the only one who enjoys the pentagon updates? Give me John Kirby every day over Jen Psaki or Biden.

I think he does a great job sharing info without sharing too much info. He rarely if ever slips up.

I know pundits will tear him down, but that's just pundits being pundits.

My problem, perhaps not so clearly stated, was that Ukraine was more like Hungary and less like the US. This predates the current revolution of 2014 and started in earnest with Yulia Tymoshenko.
Which is fine with me, as neither Hungary nor Ukraine pre-2014 were a threat to their neighbors.

Putin: "Well, I know I raped your daughter and killed her kid, but now that she's pregnant with my child, we need to discuss my visitation rights"

West: "Hmmmm.......I guess 'okay', but only if you promise to treat her right this time"
Easy for Kasparov to tweet all the way from Manhattan. Isn’t it for Ukraine to decide what they are willing to sacrifice or live with?

I’d let Ukraine make that decision but make sure we keep the sanctions in place indefinitely.

Ouch!

Wladimir Klitschko, the former boxing champion whose brother Vitali is mayor of Kyiv, made the comments during an appearance on "Eric Bolling The Balance" on Monday.

He was responding to a question by Bolling about what he would say to the "small group" of American who believe the conflict in Ukraine is "not America's problem." He named Owens and Carlson as examples.

"If you passively observe what is going on, and we do share the same principles of freedom and democratic principles, like the United States, like the Western world, so to speak. If you are passively observing, you are part of this invasion, blood is on your hands, too," Klitschko said.

"If you still have business and trade with Russia and you don't isolate Russia economically, you're bringing bullets and rockets into the Russian army's hands..." he said. "Those disturbing images of my country ... you should feel a connection with that."

To hell with that. I'm going to go pee toward Russia right now. So... east, I guess? Or north over the Arctic? I can't figure a great circle pee in my head.
Eff Russia. Just don’t pee in the wind buddy.
