Probably nothing exciting, but I had to get away from this for awhile. (I'm sure many of you thought this would be a good idea for me.) I was out trimming here in West Des Moines when a C17 took off. That made me remember that when they took away the F16s from the National Guard, they turned it into a drone unit -MQ9 Reaper. Now I doubt if it was a big deal but am wondering if that was a load of drones or drone trainees from Ukraine. It was about 2:45 CST for people who are curious and may be able to figure out what it was. It was headed NW last time I saw it.
Slovakia will give self-propelled 155-mm/52 Zuzana howitzers to Ukraine. Negotiations on the purchase of this equipment are almost completed. Ukraine will receive 16 cars.
