I had read that those tanks aren't really in good enough shape to send to Ukraine, since the Germans haven't needed to keep them running. They have their leopard tanks. Now artillery and panzerfaust are another story.

Putting out a bounty for an adversary is a war crime.
Weapons sales, at least from the US, need government approval. It’s splitting a hair I guess.
So killing Hitler would have been a war crime? That’s just dumb as hell.
The Russians have made many mistakes, but attempting to stage and supply forces in the Transdniester region would be idiotic. They could t supply troops 30 kilometers from Belarus or Russian soil. No way they could keep operations running from Moldova.
