The Danube River meets the Black Sea in Sulina, Romania. I remember seeing they built a train line from western Ukraine to a port somewhere along the Danube. Ships can safely go from Romania, which is NATO, through the channel in Turkey and beyond.

How pathetic is it for an alleged "Great Power" to need a global pariah state like Iran to not only build and supply drones but teach their military how to use it.
