This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

If you mean boots on the ground at the front by "up to our noses," I don't agree, but I do agree we are providing them a LOT of actionable intelligence. And atleast early on, and probably still, I don't think you can discount the value of trusted people on their cell phones providing intelligence they see with their own eyes or record. Whether that requires Starlink, or they otherwise have cell service, I do not know.
Agree, I don't think we have boots on the ground. We have them coordinating in Poland and Romania. I do think we have spooks on the ground, though. I am willing to bet we have operators inside Ukraine.

I mean have you heard the things Donald Trump Jr, Gaetz, MTG, and the like are saying about helping Ukraine and how Russia was pushed into this because of US actions? Heck, just today Trump Jr is going on about how wrong it is for us to send even a penny to Ukraine while Floridians have lost housing.
The Ukraine Lend Lease act passed the Senate 100-0 and was sponsored by Sen John Cornyn R..

So I don’t think they have much sway.

Why do you think Trump has been so Russia-positive?

Trump has sway even if it's not directly in a senate vote.

Why do you think Trump has been so Russia-positive?

What is your take to his verbal comments and twitter feed on the Ukriane-Russain war specifically and why would he make those comments?

Trump has praised Putin as a genius. I think he fantasized about what it would like to be a despot and tried to approximate it through the bastardization of our government. Will stop my thread hijack here.

He makes those comments because he’s a narcissistic idiot.
Personally, I think that's a bit of a cop-out take. From your posting history i kinda expected better.

That Trump is just actually THAT dumb that he doesn't listen to anyone around him regarding the situation AND that he is that sociopathic/narcissistic that he can't feel any empathy for the Ukrainian people. If it's narcissism he's looking out for his best interests. Do you think, in Trump's own mind, that he feels it's in his best interest that Russia wins this war?

Sorry for the hijacking

…..And? Putin has proven he could not care less about the lives of Russians. Why defend Trump? He has said some reprehensible shit, and with what we saw on Jan. 6, it’s not out of the realm of possibility if he were to ever hold office again that he would withdraw our support of Ukraine.

I should have emphasized the idiot part

LOOK WHAT THE NEOCONS MADE RUSSIA DO!!!

Right, @seminole97 ?
Oh, it’s you again.

Greenwald backs fascists like Bolsinaro and Putin, but “opposes censorship.”
I’m curious, have you read a little bit about the efforts to prosecute Greenwald for the corruption he exposed that led to Lula being freed from jail?
I’m wondering if you’re making any effort to replace the lies you spread earlier with actual understanding, or do you still think he ‘backs fascists like Bolsinaro[sic] and Putin’?
Or are you just another useless idiot, spreading lies from the comfort of your own ignorance like lucas, joelbc, etc.

Has a country on the brink of military defeat never not used its most powerful weapon it possesses?
Possibly, even the most desperate would realize that dropping nukes will not change the obvious outcome of this war. That would be the darkest, most hateful gesture that pootin could still make.
I hope that the nuclear safe guards in place (if they have such) will override the command of a crazy man.

You serious, Clark?

Based on the idiot caucus of Boebert, MTG, Hawley, Gohmert, etc. all being in lockstep of spouting Kremlin talking points.
Minus those goobs the R’s have voted for Ukraine aid. Specifically Cornin sponsored the Ukraine lend lease act and it passed the Senate 100-0.

R support for Ukraine is solid…

Another example…
