This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

Here's the peace deal I'd offer Russia. You have two weeks to get all of your troops out of all of Ukraine including recently annexed areas and Crimea. Ukraine takes uncontested ownership and is granted access to NATO. You either hand over Putin or your Nuclear weapons and maybe we'll consider letting you back into relations with the rest of the world.

Or we can kill another 50 thousand troops and keep you isolated until you become the next North Korea.

Peace and chance for a future are up to you.

This has been my thought since February 25th. Eff Russia.

How many Ukrainians you are willing to see die is also part of the calculus.

Russia is only killing huge numbers of Ukrainians by using nukes. They use nukes, it's Putin's, and Russia's, death sentence.

That doesn't mean Putin won't use them. However, there is zero chance Putin makes a deal for anything less than keeping what he already has. Anything less is admitting defeat at home, which he absolutely won't do.

I still say we crowd source a bounty on Putin’s head. When it blows past $50,000,000 I gather some Russians near Putin would give it more than a passing thought.

Basically, something like this. Just replace Scotland with Ukraine.

Derp. And the constant screaming, people buried alive, gas mask filled with smoke…

But congrats on Russia looking half a percent less terrible.
It does illustrate how quick people here are to believe anything they want to believe and disregard anything they don't regardless of validity. This thread would benefit greatly from a bit of verification before posting.

I don’t question there have been and will be atrocities in this war.
I also don’t unquestionably accept claims of atrocities in this war.
Propaganda is as much a part of modern war as bloodshed. Some of it works on mere omission. How much air time did you see devoted to Human Rights Watch’s claims of torture conducted under Saudi direction in Yemen?

Probably not as much as the fist bump.

Things so ridiculously specific that only Nat Algren would possibly say them. Took us 912 pages, but we found him.

LOL

Are you so detached from the world at large you think anyone else that is aware of the atrocities in that war can only be one person?

Take a few minutes and read a piece like this to learn more than CNN, etc. will ever offer you for insight on the effect of the neocon's policies abroad in our name.
