This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

Also, what do you all think? Obviously nations are encouraging their citizens to get out of Ukraine so what is the likely next thing to happen?

1- Belarus finds a bogus reason to invade and Russia goes "full scale"?
2- Russia throws a zillion missiles at civilian targets to wipe infrastructure?
3- Putin finally goes into full panic mode and drops a nuke on Ukraine?

I could see it being any of the three. I hate all options. I hope Poland or someone is ready to step in and stop these atrocities from happening.

Russian, or Belarus? Belarus with an assist? Perhaps this is simply a campaign of misinformation by the Russians? I don't see how they can organize an effective offensive on a new front right now.
As far as Belarus, I will repeat something I've posted several times. Lukashenko was almost overthrown last year, and he had to get Putin to send in crack troops to prop him up. If Belarus gets into this thing I can see Lukashenko going out like Ceausescu or Mussolini.

Would love to see that POS get his.

This is the opposite of what normally happens as the attacker usually loses more men.

"The ratio of losses of Ukrainian and Russian troops in the south is about 1 to 6.5
Malyar cited figured she said had come from the commander of the South Operational Command, Major General Andriy Kovalchuk.
According to Malyar, the major general said that the critical limit for the loss ratio is one to eight. He said the Russian army would psychologically “break down” after that.
Kovalchuk added that the invaders have found themselves in a rather difficult situation in the south, but that was not time for the Ukrainian military to relax.
“On the contrary, we must gather all our strength and power and squeeze the Russian army out of our land,” Malyar said."
