Ah yes, 1066 was a momentous year for England. The death of the elderly English king, Edward the Confessor, on 5 January set off a chain of events that would lead, on 14 October, to the Battle of Hastings.*69 pages away from 1066.
Two very important numbers.
What model of truck is that?
Looks like Ukraine (or at least Kiev) is well protected against those drones now. I have major concerns about the SAMs that Iran is supplying, which apparently there are no defenses for. That would be a major escalation if they use those to blow up power plants and dams. What does the world do then?*

*edited to question whether there are no such air defense systems, or whether they are just not in Ukraine. Not sure if the Patriot system, or the new NASAMS we are giving them will do the trick.
Is that a military grade Toyota Helix in the pic? Good looking ride!

How bad does your military have to be when your best options are weapons from North Korea and Iran.
I don't think anyone is going to be using SAM's to target power plants or dams.Looks like Ukraine (or at least Kiev) is well protected against those drones now. It's pretty embarrassing. And the thing is, even if Russia is "successful" in blowing up dams and power stations in parts of the country, those civilians would just temporarily immigrate within Ukraine's borders to a place with good missile protection (Kiev, ostensibly), or outside of Ukraine's borders. But, that wouldn't result in a Russian land grab because the well-supplied Ukrainian fighters aren't going anywhere. How bad does your military have to be when your best options are weapons from North Korea and Iran.
I meant SSMs.I don't think anyone is going to be using SAM's to target power plants or dams.
Big ol' FWIW. If everything's true that's been written about his health the POS is battling like 5 different cancers, Parkinson's, and probably AIDs.
Leaked Kremlin documents claim Russian President Vladimir Putin is secretly battling Parkinson's disease and pancreatic cancer

One thing this war taught me that I'd never really thought about before --- bridges are SUPER HARD to blow up!
I think these continued actions are on pontoon bridges running along the permanent bridge. I would add that if there was proper (i.e., our) airpower being applied, all of the permanent bridges we chose to erase would be erased. One thing this war taught me that I'd never really thought about before --- bridges are SUPER HARD to blow up!
I guess in my mind I figured blowing up bridges was relatively easy with modern weaponry. Clearly, they are not.
Saw it pointed out that this could be a good lie on Belarus's part, some sort of pretext to keep their forces at home instead of northern Ukraine.
Source, as always, seems super legit too. Regardless:

are tanks being hit with SAMs?Well......tank turrets aren't either!........ (oh.....wait😳)
Truth. I've been very impressed with the bridges. (Or underwhelmed by the munitions??)One thing this war taught me that I'd never really thought about before --- bridges are SUPER HARD to blow up!

That number is casualties, which includes deaths, wounded and missing - not just deaths
He meant SSMs, but Russian SAMs like the S-300 can be fired at land targets.I don't think anyone is going to be using SAM's to target power plants or dams.
I would ignore the soldiers column. Just WAG piled on WAG for months.Incorrect, why and how would Ukraine even begin to try and calculate “missing” Russian soldiers? This makes no sense.
