I forget some on here take things literal. Yes mental health issues were around. But more was done back then. Not saying putting them in jail was the correct answer but it was better than telling little Timmy he can be Katie instead if that’s how he feels at the age of 12.

Republicans and Reagan specifically helped lead the charge in the deinstitutionalization of the mental healthcare system. Let's be real, the Republicans also would not be the party to shore it up again. Basically it is just a virtue signal on the wind by you.

How many trans 12 year olds do you know? How many people who own guns do you know? Think about which one is really the bigger problem in this world and think about why you act like the other one is. I know this is asking a lot
I don’t know any 12 year old trans kids because I only know one person with mental illness and she is on medication to help.
I know a lot of people with guns and similar to the trans question, I don’t know a single person with a gun who has killed another person. Odds are someone should have killed another person by now with the way guns kill people.
I couldnt care less what party stopped it or what party starts it back up. What I do care about is getting kids the help they need. I also dont care if people do or do not have guns. I’ve never shot anything other than a BB gun in my 40 years of life and don’t care to own a gun.
But to ignore the fact that these shooters have some mental issues and just blame it on guns is the biggest joke ever.

I saw a "furry" kid the other day. looked to be about ten. he had a fake tail and everything. the tail was blue. I guess he was a cat but who knows. his parents seemed ok with it. we were at a restaurant. I was intrigued if he wore it to school. I could see this being disruptive in class. did not ask though

I certainly didn't! Luigi is a cowardly punk regardless of the method. He ambushed this guy and shot him in the back from about 30 feet. He needlessly took away a life - a 50 year-old husband and father of two young boys. The support for Luigi by an alarming number of people is a disgrace and sadly an increasingly sick trend in our society. This reaction is unfortunately similar to the support for the January 6th thugs that beat up the Capitol police.

well the restaurant was on the southernly border of travis county south of austin. I tend to think it was either hays county or travis, but who knows. people can drive to restaurants from wherever, but he had a backpack and it looked like he just got out of school. who knows

Well unlike you, I actually tell the truth on here. I don’t need to come here for some type of fantasy life. I don’t suffer from mental illness.
Did the FBI have prior contact with the shooter like some of the other school shootings?
