Today is the start of the early signing period for college basketball. That means Iowa will be signing Bowen and Dix today.
Iowa will be looking around in the spring for other potential prospects. As we reported recently, Cameron Fens is a player to watch out of Dubuque. Might end up walking on. I wouldn't be surprised to see him really start to get some attention this winter as mid-major coaches discover him. Could see him playing AAU in the spring too and that might lead to more exposure.
And Lisa Bluder is expected to sign three players today. 6-2 forward Jada Gyamfi from Johnston, 6-1 forward Hannah Stuelke from CR Wash, and 5-9 guard Taylor McCabe from Fremont HS in Nebraska.
