Tough draw Oregon, Kansas and Gonzaga to make F4

Oregon is decent and Duarte and Omoruyi could probably start for almost every team in the B10. Their big man didn’t look very polished the couple times I watched them play. Altman is still one of the better coaches in America and they definitely have more athleticism than the Hawks. Garza should have a big game and hopefully JoBo, Weezy and CJ are hitting their 3s and it will be on to the Sweet 16.

Very good teams across all the regions.

Only eight times has a 2-seed gone down in the opening round, the last being Mich State back in '16.

The last NCAA tourney - two years ago obviously - all 2-seeds made the Sweet 16 at minimum.

Time to show up and make shots.

That’s exactly right! Iowa is a two seed...man up and win!

Go Hawks!

McCormack from KU and Mobley from USC are both really, really good big men.

Mobley is good but not someone who can give Luka problems defensively.

McCormack is not someone who would stand out in the big ten. Hes good but nothing special.

Not ideal but is what it is. If they get to play Gonzaga the season will have been a wild success.....if they get Northwestern State’d by GCU Fran should be fired on the spot

Mobley would absolutely be a problem, I think actually putting Keegan on him would be a better option.

McCormack is pretty damn good. I've watched almost every KU game this year and he'd be in a tier right below Luka, Kofi and Dickinson in the B1G.

This is a game where Iowa should show why their offense is one of the best in the country. Bohannon, Wieskamp, and Frederick should get a lot of open looks, particularly if GCU's bigs try to overplay Garza. If their bigs score on Garza or Murray/Wieskamp down low, who cares if the offense does its thing and takes over.

we should make the Elite 8, imo

Mobley is super long and athletic, rim protector. Thats not our game though, so I would love to play them.

I meant Mobley can't guard Luka. Yeah Keegan is a better matchup defensively on him.

On Mccormak, exactly he wouldn't stand out in a conference with a bunch of great bigs.

Id put him behind Treveon Williams and EJ Liddell who are both good bigs who don't really stand out in a conference with 3 all American caliber bigs.

Maybe the stupidest post I’ve seen since Kilroy retired.

Mobley is an absolute stud on D who averages 3 blocks a game and is so athletic at 7’ he’s projected a top 2 pick in the draft. He can guard any big man in the country.

Kansas is easily one of the best defensive teams in the country and it has a lot to do with McCormack holding his own in the post.

Anyone who's game is blocking shots will get allot more fouls than blocks against Luka Garza.

The only guys who give him trouble are big guys that don't have to jump like Dickinson and Kofi.

You just described 90% of the centers in the NBA. Maybe quit while you’re behind with this hilariously stupid Mobley can’t guard Luka take?

Lol, he weighs 215 pounds.

No chance.

3 blocks doesn't mean Dick when you put up as many shots as Garza.

Garza gona move him under the basket and do whatever he wants.

Great draw. Perfect draw actually. So what if they have to beat Gonzaga to get to the Final Four. Maybe Gonzaga gets picked off before meeting Iowa in the Elite 8. And if Iowa loses to any of those teams before the Elite 8... well sorry, not a National Championship team.

This Hawks squad is looking to cut down nets. Who cares who they're up against. They either beat em or they don't.

Kilroy is that you? You know someone is a terrible defender when they average 3 blocks a game, are the most athletic 7’ (with a 7’4 wingspan) player in the country with a good shot at being the number 1 pick in the NBA draft and are one of the favorites for Defensive Player Of The Year

He’s easily one of the best defensive players in the country and has the makeup of an NBA all star center.

JFC you’re a buffoon.
