I don't think it makes sense to deport that many people if they're actually contributing to the country economically. You'd have to assess what those contributions are and act accordingly.
We can probably get away with dirtier homes and office spaces since cleaning is the other big industry for them. But we won't get around construction. Tank that and things will start grinding to a halt rather quickly.
