There is zero chance Ken Starr said there was no evidence. He may have said there is no public evidence or that Mueller hasn’t provided us with any evidence.
He wouldn’t say there isn’t any evidence, because he can’t know that. I’ve seen too many Ken Starr interviews to believe he’d act unprofessionally in a national interview.
We all know Trump hears what he wants to hear.

The Turd-o-Phyles never reconcile themselves to the fact that the investigations are not over; they are just beginning or are taking new directions. Everyone is frustrated because the SC is not releasing information. Whatever information the SC has is massive in scope and depth. He is savvy enough to not wallow in the weeds to waste time and resources for no purpose.
This will be historic and he will not embarrass himself or the process. It will be major in determining guilt or sufficiently researched to not press where applicable.
