No, what keeps our allies from sharing information with us is regularly leaking classified information from within our intelligence apparatus to benefit our own enemy and a country that is at war with our best ally in the middle east, Israel.

I believe this statement because it is consistent with her actions, like her secret meeting with Assad, and her repetition of pro-Russia propaganda.
I am not a Tulsi Gabbard expert...but I don't remember these serious concerns about her being expressed when she was a Dem primary candidate for POTUS. It would seem like if she really was a Russian dupe that one of the many fellow Dems would have called that out in 2019, no?

Hillary first made the accusation publicly in October 2019, shortly after the fourth debate. Tulsi was polling at around 2%-3% and Hillary claimed the Russians were grooming her to run as a third party candidate to pull votes away from the eventual Democratic nominee.
I’m not saying she’s a Russian asset, but this is a terrible argument. Most Russian assets served in the military.
The best argument against it being true is that Hillary originated it.
