Tuskegee Airmen will no longer be taught to Air Force recruits

Stop, Feeding. The, Troll.

These guys are worthless pieces of shit who have no redeeming value or purpose in life. Hence why they spend day and night here desperately seeking purpose and validation to their otherwise meaningless existence.
I guess there's a part of me that wants them to see it's not just the "libtards" who take issue, but Conservative Patriots as well.

MAGAs in this thread are so surprising and out of character today!

It's not "upset" in the traditional sense, especially not in the "liberal tears" way (and, to be clear, I'm not a liberal). Instead, it's a concern for the direction of our country. There are unintended consequences (or maybe intended, only time will tell) to ripping the band-aid off in spite. A reasonable approach regarding illegal immigration was laid out, but none of you have bothered to respond to it.

I get it; it's an anonymous message board, but more often than not, this place reflects the true nature of a person's character. I'm typically pretty honest despite the anonymity.
Yes, I did not interpret your stance as one of "liberal tears".

What "reasonable" immigration plan are you referring to?

In order for the baby to not be thrown out with the bathwater, the WH needs to stop using DEI and just say what they really mean; transgender. Here is what DEI is and why the Tuskegee Airmen and WASP got thrown out with the bathwater:

DEI stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. It refers to policies, practices, and initiatives aimed at promoting a workplace or society where all individuals, regardless of their background, identity, or circumstances, are treated fairly, have access to the same opportunities, and feel valued and included. Here's what each component generally refers to:

  1. Diversity: Ensuring a variety of perspectives, backgrounds, and identities are represented, such as race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, etc.
  2. Equity: Focusing on fairness and justice, ensuring that people have access to the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. This often involves recognizing and addressing historical and systemic inequalities.
  3. Inclusion: Creating environments where everyone feels respected, valued, and able to contribute fully, regardless of their differences.
The issue really lies in number 3. The WH just needs to push out this definition: Inclusion: Creating environments where everyone (except for transfolk) feels respected, valued, and able to contribute fully, regardless of their differences. 👈that's the boogieman their after.

We have all of it already

Are you kidding? zappaa on the internet says it isn't true so that must be the case. No further proof needed.
The videos of WASPS and Tuskegee Airmen were shown in DEI class…A class that’s total BS.

Teach about both WASPS and The Airmen in the normal course of training, neither are DEI examples, they are heroes and achievers who happen to be women and black.
Absolutely NO ONE is holding them back or blocking their paths.

Your kind likes to tell them they’re victims

Really!? That's your take? We learn about General Henry "Hap" Arnold, The Tuskegee Airmen, Chuck Yeager, Brigadier General Billy Mitchell, The Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP), and many many more! You have zero clue about the significance of studying history and knowing your service's heritage.

My God you are absolutely insufferable, Scruddy. What's wrong with you? What's wrong with saying, "I voted for Trump and support most of his policies, but this one is uncalled for. "

Sorry bud. Wish you and others were this upset a couple months ago, but Kamela had a weird laugh. It's the fence straddlers who are really to blame for this. Those that "sat this one out". They deserve to feel the pain too

There is an "archive" tool that shows some paywall articles without subscription. Not sure of its legality but it is there. One of the references in this article is to a Facebook posting on "United States Space Force, Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy Military and Civilian Forum Media News". Here is the Facebook link which is not behind a paywall.

Senator Breadbags will be very upset to hear about this

This is from the Air Force Times:
"An Air Force official told Air Force Times the videos themselves were not targeted for removal, but BMT classes that include diversity materials were pulled and are now under review to make sure they are in compliance with this week’s executive orders."

Are you claiming that there was nothing holding the Tuskegee Airmen back? Seriously? That's your claim?

It sounds like those were things that were taught during the normal course of training but now they won't be. A pretty important piece of military history being cut out simply because the people involved are black. You seem highly offended that we were teaching cadets about contributions to our military from black people and women.

They were taught about in a mandated DEI training class.
As for the first question don’t be an idiot

Exactly, their are no more ridiculous diversity classes

Teach about neither. AF vet 85to 89, when did this "training" come about? Weird either way.

How does this affect recruiting? Hegseth has promised to restore the Warrior Ethos to the military, but what if you are just a patriotic person of color who also wants to join and learn some life skills and a useable trade? Does the military value you?
I have the suspicion we are going to see some quiet backtracking while Grandpa is taking a nap.

Sounds like a history course. Don't make idiotic comments and you won't get idiotic responses.
It wasn’t a history class it was a mandatory DEI training course, of which we don’t need on any level…Anywhere

What about it Dude?
There’s an entire military logistical force behind the front line Warriors that allow them to succeed.
Those jobs are absolutely 100 percent of value to veterans after they serve.
What the hell is this “a person of color” horse shit?
Were talking Patriotic Americans, who gives a shit what color they are?

Yep. Again, we didn’t fall for a lifetime conman. You did. You’re the mark.
I know there’s two sexes, I can define a woman.
And i don’t believe in invading women’s safe spaces like you.
I also feel female athletes should be left to compete against themselves in competition

You voted for a rapist. A man who hung out with a pedo. A guy who walked through the dressing rooms of underaged girls. You shouldn’t be lecturing about women’s safety.

You don’t know who I voted for champ, or if I voted at all based on the two available.
I will say, there wasn’t a chance in hell I was going to vote for the shaming, canceling, race baiting, resentment sowing, sanctuary city loving, no more cash bail leftists.
And i will absolutely lecture about women’s safety as I have two daughters

You’re letting your daughters down. Proud of being a bigot. Proud of being a dad who’s not protecting their rights. Keep posting because you’re letting me see the idiocy I’m communicating with each time.

"You're letting your daughters down if you don't vote for men in women's bathrooms" is the kind of retarded take one should expect from someone who brags on the internet about having inappropriate conversations with children at his government school.
