Looks like Noah placed ONE freakin' bet on the women's basketball team. And the penalty was extreme, to say the least.

Yes, it looks extremely likely that we will get Noah Shannon back. See the 3 previous posts, which is info that came postgame on Saturday night. As you will see, Kirk said there has been more good news on the Noah Shannon situation since Thursday and that they should know more Tuesday when Kirk does his weekly press conference. cc: @Torg @UpstreamHawkeye @EvilMonkeyInTheCloset @2D_

How does this work? I assume he's not been allowed to participate in team activities, but that he's been working out, conditioning and all that on his own. If the NCAA greenlights him to come back, would he be in uniform playing this week, or does it take some time for him to get on the field?
I think once he was permanently suspended he could no longer practice
he's been serving as a student coach ever since the appeal got denied

I bet he has been stretching and running at the least and maybe lifting. I think it would be a good morale boost for the team when he is back
The 6 Iowa wrestlers are going to luck out only because their season doesn't start until next month. Noah has paid a hefty price, that's for sure. Hopefully this ends well for him.
He has served 6 games. That should be it.

They should have Phil Parker calling them daily on speaker phone. Zoom or MS Teams would be better so there would be video.

That's a good one, do think those clowns would apalogize for wrecking a persons season. Lucky they are even considering letting him play at all.
Agree...makes zero sense. It could still be November before he is cleared to play.
They need time to sip their tea and eat their crumpets and to ponder it.
