Not that the public needed more examples, but the NCAA has truly shown what a complete joke of a governing and regulatory body they are.

They’ll probably wait until the end of the year to enforce the new penalties, which will be for the 24 season. 2 weeks after that announcement, Georgia will announce 50 kids with 1st offense gambling penalties, which will result in those kids having to take a class and missing no time on the field.

I still remember the Drew Ott case of course and if you really think back there was a case about a LB from California maybe (Julian Smith) that was literally pulled from the practice field in fall camp due to 'Clearinghouse Issues', anyone remember that case? I think a family member used to post here circa 2005 when that was going on.

And the investigation was randomly limited to few teams and only men sports for some reason.
