Warner Announces Wednesday

Folks, no offense to anyone, but my sense is there are no longer any true insiders posting on this board. Guessing because the program is ultra conservative with that information, along with the group being pretty temperamental and people are pretty much lynched either way. With that said I wouldn't get too worked up by anything you read on here. Only plus is it also doesn't seem like we have too many people posing as insiders and throwing whatever information against the wall to see what sticks.
There are insiders that are on this board but they don't post much information largely due to the few bad loud posters that like taking shots at the program whenever things go sour. Read some comments after a bad dual or after last years NCAA tournament and you might get a sense why people don't feel compelled to share. The loud few ruin it for everyone else. Similar to many situations around the country.

The other thing about recruiting -- there is no such thing as an insider in some ways.

An example-- Iowa had a potential recruit that told the staff he was coming to Iowa in the past couple years. The coaches had spent a lot of time and effort and felt good about it. Word spread on this board--- Some indicated that things were looking very, very good-- and the kid changed his mind last second. The info being reported was good, but the poster got slammed for "not knowing anything".

AM verballed to Ohio St-- and changed his mind.

This kind of stuff happens--these kids are young and they often are not sure.

Hmmm.... Sounds awfully familiar. Well said Novak. Lots of ebbs and flows with recruiting, teenagers, and greedy overbearing parents.

I'm happy with Spencer Lee
