Years? We played New Hampshire (#359 out of 364) in December. Washington is #92.

We're #67, btw, and we've already lost to #85.

Accordingly, I disagree with your analysis. The probability of Iowa losing is not zero. In fact, Torvik thinks it's about 24%.
