No, the free market got tangled up by Government promises and here you go. It doesn't take rocket science to see that the second government got involved with heatlhcare, that it suddenly went belly up. This was happening even before ACA.

This is not clear. Furthermore... the free-market doesn't care about equitable outcome. You may get good result... you may not. It is not a process to be trusted.

of course it is not "the job of free markets" to worry about equitable outcome and in fact it is the opposite. It is the job of communism to worry about equitable outcome, robbing from all , distributing equally to all. After pocketing and robbing and skimming.

No, the task and job and goal of free markets is to constantly offer better and cheaper, not equal at all. Competition, striving to be better, communism is not to be trusted
