Good teachers DO teach the bottom ones. I’ve said for a long time that Grades 1-8 should be Pass/Fail solely based on skills and proof of understanding and comprehension of material. I tell my kids their job is to learn how to learn.

I would say that my high school reflects the bottom ones for the most part. I'm also surprised to see the late Richard Feynman posting on Twitter.
