what if you wanted it to go to a religious charity instead, would they say no?Company donates $500 to a secular charity of our choice. Yearly.
That's a good thing. I actually worked as a consultant at a few places that actually turned off the lights at 6 to discourage anyone from working later than that. Our culture truly is a 40 -45 work week max, unless there is a major issue. We want people out the door at 4, or 5 depending on their start time. That shouldn't really be a benefit, but anymore, it's uncommon.
cesar chavez was hadly a "labor leader", look at this thread, it's more about how much everyone is not working, not doing labor!!
It can go to a church sponsored food pantry but not to the church itself.what if you wanted it to go to a religious charity instead, would they say no?
