I just don't see any upside of playing AOG over AH. I see lots of upside of playing AH over AOG.

I'll just add a couple of things , feel free to disagree. First off Ava Heiden was a much higher rated recruit then Monica, hence peoples concern that she's not playing. Monica was no where near the athlete that Heiden is either. She made herself into a high % scorer in the lane and a decent rebounder, but like AOG she was not a very good defender or rim protector. Even in limited minutes you can see that Heiden is more athletic, runs better and can get off the floor and block shots. The only thing holding her back is playing time, and I think you'd see her progressing rapidly.
It is still so disappointing that Hannah Stuelke washed out at the 4. It doesn't make sense really.. I figured she should be better than McKenna Warnock but clearly I was wrong. To be fair Warnock was incredible and snagged the biggest rebound in Iowa womens basketball history. Yes Stuelke is fine at the 5 but I don't think she can compete against the likes of Betts. And we really have no athleticism right now at the 4. Not sure if they go back to that next year or not.
